Contract formation: product listings on our store don't constitute a legally binding offer — they're an invitation to treat. Clicking "Buy" is your offer to enter a purchase contract; our order-confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. Statutory warranty rights apply.

5. Products & services

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities, returnable only per our Refund Policy. All products ship directly from our supplier in Asia; any customs or import charges are the customer's responsibility. We don't guarantee that colours shown on your screen exactly match the real product, and we may limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction.

6. Billing & account accuracy

We may refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly.

7. Third-party tools

We may give you access to third-party tools we don't control. Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk, subject to the third party's own terms.

Some content or links on our site may lead to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy or products/services of any third-party site; complaints should go directly to that provider.

Obligations arising before termination survive it. We may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, if we believe you've breached any term. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

17. Entire agreement

Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, along with policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
